The Final Week

Nearly there- Carpets & wooden floors this week, a little more painting & that's it We're moving back in on Saturday.

2 Weeks to go

the last 2 weeks of living in Elephant & Castle. Finally we're almost there!

We're nearly there!

We're almost there - finally it's only taken 2.5 years to get there!! All of the flooring has been brought, well apart from the carpets. All they have to do now is plaster everywhere, then it's the painting and that pretty much it. So the finish date of 17th April is looking like it might happen.

Week 7 or 8

It doesn't look as if the Builders have done much over the last couple of weeks, the electrician has been in for the 1st fix, the bathroom & Kitchen has been delivered, so the next phase will be the floor in the Kitchen & plastering everywhere. We're still aiming for a finish date of the 17th April.

Walking

Sarah thought that this would be ideal for me when I go hiking in the Mountains!!!! I don't think so

Week 6

The Kitchen & Bathroom. Everything is pretty much ordered - Kitchen, bathroom, wooden floors - the only issue we have is the carpet. We found an amazing carpet, but typical of Sarah it's the most expensive!!

So the builders reckon that they will finish 2 weeks early - mmmmm not too sure if that's going to be possible.

The roof in the kichen is pretty much finish & the Bathroom is almost there.
